NEW FORMAT

With life getting more and more hectic, it is becoming increasingly difficult to post a photo a day. One major obstacle is the speed of scanning. I simply can not get enough film through the scanner a day to find a solid photo to post each day. In the rush of it all, I feel I am not taking enough time for discussion of the photos or to reflect on the time when I took them. Therefore, I am changing the format from one post a day to one a week.

This shot is of my sister in-law Allison decorating a cake back in 2004 at her home in Birmingham. I like the shot, but wish I had used a larger aperature to create less depth of field.
