Day 18

Being a Leo, this is a shot I couldn't pass up. This is the door knocker on the main entrance to the National Museum in Cairo.

When Khammany and I moved to Seoul in 2002, and she got access to the U.S. Army base, we were able to go and use the dark room to print images. This is one of the first prints I ever did. We went to the dark room every weekend for a couple of months. It was a good experience, but ultimately, it is an art in itself and I didn't want to spend all my time printing, when I could be shooting.

I still have the print.
